Landcom PRECINX tool, developed by Kinesis, to be licensed by Landcorp

Kinesis is excited and proud that the PRECINX Tool we developed for Landcom (the NSW land development agency) is to be licensed by Landcorp in Western Australia. Kinesis will be upgrading PRECINX to align with CCAP Precinct (our own version of the PRECINX Tool) which Landcorp has already utilised for its Cockburn Coast and Alkimos developments.

We believe that this is a positive step for the development industry. CCAP Precinct is being used by a number of large private developers who are benefiting from its capacity to provide quantified sustainability strategies very early in the development process.
